Mandell Menkes, LLC provides legal services to single parent and association captives, risk retention groups and purchasing groups, both in the formation and operation of the entity. With over 30 years of experience in this area, we know how to help the insurer or broker or the members of a group anticipate and avoid organizational, licensing, regulatory, operational and tax problems. We provide these services on an hourly or flat fee basis. We also supervise and monitor TPAs and local counsel in the handling, defense and settlement of claims, using a unique approach that has drastically reduced claim payments. We provide this claim supervision/monitoring service on a contingency fee basis - if loss payments are not reduced, the client is not charged.
